iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

Two more photos from my reclamation self portrait session last week. 📸 Self portrait

Nicole Nu @nicolenu.bsky.social · 31/05/2025

A reclamation of my body as mine. Of my art as a mirror of emotion, not performance. Of nudity as natural, not inherently sexual. I’m not trying to provoke - I’m returning to a place where my body isn’t a statement, a symbol, or a spectacle. It just is. Breathing. Belonging. Free. 📸 Self portrait

creative destruction. Toronto. October 21st, 2023. The remains of the worldly tethers that restrained us will be the foundations upon which we build our new prisons. model: @nicolenu.bsky.social #photography #fineartnude #artisticnude #nsfw #artmodel #nudemodel #pregnancy #torontophotographer

A photo of art model Nicole Nu by photographer Rab Townsend. Nicole is posing nude in purple and blue light against a violet background. Both of her hands are buried in her long red hair, with her elbows raised up. She is about 7 months pregnant. Her body is angled to the right of frame, so that her belly is apparent, but her pose is open and dominant. Her eyes are closed and her lips are parted.

portents. Toronto. October 21st, 2023. There is no ambiguity about the signs. The ambiguity is what they portend, and what role we will each play, if any. model: @nicolenu.bsky.social #photography #fineartnude #artisticnude #artmodel #nudemodel #torontophotographer #pregnant #nsfw #photographer

A photo of art model Nicole Nu by photographer Rab Townsend. Nicole is posing nude in purple light against a blue background. Her red hair is caught in motion and her right hand is raised in a gesture next to her face. She is gazing somewhat regally into the camera. She is six or seven months pregnant, resting her left arm across her belly.

Here’s another snowy self portrait I did back in 2021. Not as cold out; but my feet only lasted about 30 seconds in the snow because I was silly and went barefoot. #nudeinnature #artmodel #fineartphotography #torontomodel #selfportraitartist
