David Obura, chair of the Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services, warned that "delayed action risks locking in irreversible losses," urging immediate investment in resilience solutions.

Consider allocating no more than 60% of take-home pay to essential expenses including housing, debt, repayment, and healthcare.
