Yesterday I didn't even realize BlizzCon was happening until I got a notice about the keynote. Today, I upgraded, resubscribed, and pre-ordered all the things... all because of one announcement: WoW:Forever. Talk about scratching an itch I didn't realize I HAD!

We also hid eggs in the giant skeletons, and a zombie hand was the prize for a scavenger hunt from the Easter Frog, who I made up as part of a secret society of Easter animals with particular specialities. I’ve been coding our Easter Bunny as an eccentric gentleman and Santa as a lowkey messy bitch

Two 12ft skeletons outside our house holding Easter eggs, and our giant Skelly Dog wearing Easter Bunny ears and nose.

A “Smashers” zombie hand toy in an Easter Basket, with a note of scavenger hunt clues from the Easter Frog, a guy I made up last night as part of an evolving secret society of Easter animals beyond the Bunny who have particular specialties.

Man... I really missed EverQuest, both EQ1 *and* EQ2. Been spending a little of my limited free time re-familiarizing myself with both games. Have done this in the past, but the time hasn't really felt as "right" as it does now. Plus, they're running really well on my Mac in Crossover.

ArchersPlayer v1.3.0 is available now on the iOS app store, containing an important bug fix as well as a new "warp" control: Dragging the control up/down alters the currently playing track's pitch, while dragging left/right alters it's playback speed. It's very fun to play with. :)

Hopped into New World Aeternum on PS5 briefly tonight. Honestly not feeling to engaged with it at the moment. Pretty sure it was my own lack of focus in the way. It’s extraordinarily difficult to commit to a game and STAY committed these days. Too many distractions and minimal time to begin with.

Ok, the hype is correct. Donkey Kong Bananza IS in fact a great game! This thing will sell some Switch 2 units for sure! I admittedly spend a lot of time just smashing up the level, but only because it’s so satisfying!
