I saw this on threads, so I'll repeat it here. It is no secret how vocal I've been about how I campaigned for Fetterman, starting back at for Lt. Governor. I'm not a part of the account below. But as someone who has seen Fetterman's rise and fall first hand? They're not lying. It's all verifiable.

Not me seeing the news that the 4th hurricane of the year is forming, and then learning that it'll be Hurricane Dolly. As much as losing Aunt Dolly hurts, of course she'll come back as a Hurricane. She's a force to be reckoned with. She'll be strong AF and won't hurt anyone that don't deserve it.

And to add one last thing. I don't actually hate the TMNT set. I literally said in discord to my family last night that I was mad that I don't hate it. I think it's a fun limited set. I'm more upset at the tone taken that we cannot communicate when we're upset with something.

In a community where you should be encouraging group play and coming together at the table, you're actually sowing cacophony and furthering disconnect, possibly even turning away new players, telling them they don't have a voice. That's not a good thing, and I think @magic.wizards.com would agree.

Threatening to block people due to opposing thoughts, for having different opinions? That's not being an ambassador. That's being a mouthpiece. It's a shame that you refuse to interact with well thought out insights about the set so you can bring them back to WotC, as an Ambassador should.

This is a great example of toxic positivity. I love MtG. I enjoy MOST of the UB sets. Hell, I'm still actively collecting all the Avatar cards! But you cannot make a complaint that a new set PR is under attended and then tell people to not express negative feelings that would help explain why.

I had started a post about watching Despicable Me 3 this AM, and how Oldest said if they were a queer villain, they'd be like Balthazar. Then Bsky crashed and lost it. I remember why I stopped using Bsky. Anyway. While I'm not a fan of queer coding villains , it's queer coding at its finest.

You know, I have watched Sing more times in the past 30 days than I have in the years it's been out, and I love it. I could write a dissertation on this movie, and it would be a minimum of 100 pages. Why is there more depth in "kids'" animated movies than most modern "grown-up" films anymore?

A is for Assbutt, a #destiel fic Many thanks to my bestie @nickelkeep.bsky.social and to Ariadne for the beta! #destielfic #destielwip Currently at 8 chapters, and I'm still writing. This will be posted gradually as I'm working on 5 bang fics. archiveofourown.org/works/536826...

Summary:
Dean has been a teacher for five years, and a dad for three. Well, he'd been a dad for six years, but Lydia failed to share that information. When she died in a car accident, he got custody of Emma, who became his entire life in an instant.

Charlie and Stevie tell Dean he needs to date, but as a single dad, he can't just pick up anyone. Emma comes first.

A chance meeting with another single dad at pickup, the father of Emma's friend Jack, has possibilities suddenly occurring to Dean. Cas has sole custody of Jack, and is also the legal guardian of his neice, Claire.

Can Dean and Cas make it work?

The Feeling of You, a #destiel fic, with art by @nickelkeep.bsky.social for this year's Rhonda Hurley Appreciation Bang. We owe that woman our thanks! archiveofourown.org/works/531731...

Summary:
After being rescued from the Empty, Cas spends several months in a coma while Dean waits for Cas to wake up, promising himself that as soon as Cas opens his eyes, he's going to say out loud the words he prayed to his angel as the Shadow stole him away. He keeps that promise, and Cas, now human, pulls him into a perfect kiss.

The moment is broken, however, by Cas’ newfound discomfort. He's never been this human before, and it turns out he can't handle the feeling of rough textures or tags against his skin. Dean offers the sanctuary of his room with soft sheets and softer clothes, and Cas gladly joins him.

Passion erupts between them and, in a moment, Dean plans a getaway, just for the two of them. Charlie and Jack each play their part in setting up the vacation, and together, Dean and Cas head off to start their new life together.

So, we're watching an episode of Sorted, and they're reviewing a watermelon slicer. They ask, "Who eats that much watermelon?" Me: *points at Vic.* Vic: Yeah, so? But I can't eat it that fast. Gina: So why don't you freeze it? Vic: Then it's an icemelon, not a watermelon!

#YearoftheOTP November entry, a #destiel fic Praise You Many thanks to @nickelkeep.bsky.social for the beta! archiveofourown.org/works/51333766

Summary:
Castiel needs a fresh start after his divorce. He doesn't really have a plan, so is heading east to visit his friend Balthazar and crash in his spare room for a few days before finding a place of his own. A traffic jam turns him off course, but maybe where he's headed is finally the right direction. Accepting himself is a major step toward his own happiness, but is he ready for what that means? To ask for what he wants?
