i've talked about this fic by @nicedress.bsky.social before on here but UGHHH it's just so GOOD !!!!!! namjoon is insane and i love him for that 🙂‍↔️ tbf yoongi is also insane. a match made in hell~ archiveofourown.org/works/40952397 #namgiau #jaisrecs

#11: A fic with a Namjoon characterization I found compelling is "The One" by nicedress.

Summary: Every stamen lured into Yoongi’s bed leaves him with a new blossom on his skin and a new grave on his property. When he encounters Namjoon, a stamen who refuses to touch any pistil unless it’s his soulmate, all Yoongi sees is someone naive and easy to control.

Someone to help around the farm without complaint. Someone to dig holes without realizing they’re graves. Someone Yoongi’s not quite willing to kill—not yet.

🪽 Where Birds Sing | Chapter 2 | #ereri So excited to finally share this chapter!! Make sure to read the notes, because it takes a sharp turn away from Eren’s lighthearted POV archiveofourown.org/works/64214404…

A text preview of chapter 2 that reads as follows:

“A presence tingled at the back of his neck, danger whispering from the shadows. Anything could be lurking in the dark.

“But no one was here. He knew that.

“He turned off the light, and a beacon of yellow shone from beneath the gap in the kitchen door. It was a glowing rectangle in a sea of oppressive black, casting wavering shadows in the dips and grooves of the linoleum. Something passed in front of it, large and quick, and Levi's heart stopped.

“There were no footsteps, no sound, but he saw it.”

『 Where Birds Sing 』 🕊️ #ereri | E | Chaptered 🕊️ 1960s Mechanic AU 🕊️ Strangers to lovers 🕊️ Angst with a happy ending archiveofourown.org/works/642144...

Moodboard and fic summary. The summary is: "Home for the summer of 1965, Eren finds himself drawn to Levi, an enigmatic mechanic on Hartford’s marginalized north end. What starts as reckless curiosity soon turns into something more—something neither of them is supposed to want. But Levi’s carefully maintained life is more fragile than it seems, far away from Eren's privileged upbringing: where he knows pain but not suffering, where shame is familiar but true powerlessness is not. As his world begins to unravel, Eren will have to decide just how much he’s willing to risk for a man who might not be as perfect as he imagined." It also mentions that the fic is set in the 1960s, explores mental health issues, has eventual smut, and is angst with a happy ending. At the bottom, it says to see Ao3 for more tags.

Hey everyone, I know it's going to be a busy day for a lot of people, but Google enrolled everyone over 18 into their Al program automatically.

If you have a google account, first go to (the first link) and turn everything off.

Then you need to go to (the second link) and turn off all Gemini activity tracking. You do have to do them in that order to make sure it works.

Honestly, l'm not sure how long this will last, but this should keep Gemini off your projects for a bit.

I saw this over on bluesky and figured it would be good to spread on here. It only takes a few minutes to do.

in 2025, may you create the art YOU want to create, not the art you think OTHERS want. write that fic with tropes most people won't read, or that super niche plotline/au if you want it. write softness or angst. draw weird art, soft art, horny af art. fuck numbers; create freely.

“reading fics is for jobless people” the best fic you’ll ever read is written by women in their 40s with incredibly successful corporate jobs that allow them to buy ungodly amounts of merch, i promise you
