I See My Captor in the Mirror
Niccea
Summary:
Prince Stolas has been commanded to sire an heir. Unfortunately, even though he gets along reasonably well with his wife most days, they have no desire to have children together. After tireless research he finds a few spells that he believes will be the solution to his trouble. He sets his sights toward other versions of Hell and finds exactly what he needs: a version of himself that has been cast out of his family and now lives amongst imps. Maybe he can convince this ex-prince to help him with his problem.

-or-

One day while alone in the office, Stolas is kidnapped by himself from another Hell. He is told that he will be the one to carry the prince’s heir whether he wants to or not.

Written for the 2026 Implosion and inspired from art by Neyane.

I wanted to share something fun today. The picture with Kiki is based off my original sketch I sent for #HelluvaIMPlosion2026 . It was originally going to be a little bigger piece, but I got my finger smashed just before drawing Blitzø. If you look carefully you can see stick figure stand-ins.

Sketch of Dennis crushed by a theater sandbag. Blitzø is trying to remove it while Stolas looks on. If you look carefully to the left of Blitzø there is a light stick figure of Loona on her phone and a cloaked figure peeking through a curtain. To the right of Stolas is stick figures of panicked Moxxie and Millie leaning against her axe.

I have two fics that fit for this. First is Mission: Heartbreaker. Stolas is getting the hang of being I.M.P.'s secretary, but things are not doing as well at home. Blitzø keeps disappearing at night, and there are rumors about the Andrealphus receiving late night visits from an imp. [1/3]

Cover for Mission: Heartbreaker. Picture of a file that says Private. Two papers are in it. Bottom paper has a cut off picture of "Elsa" clipped to it. Top paper has a picture of Blitzø wearing Stolas' robe clipped that has #1 Boss on the caption. Byline for fic is Where does Blitzø keep disappearing to at night? And, why does Andrealphus look satisfied in the morning?
