Miso paste, dried shiitake mushroom, wakame, nori, bean curd sheet, bonito flakes, and spring onions. Mix it all up and pack into portions. It's perfect for an office lunch. 1151 15

I make my own miso base and just add boiling water for an instant warm snack. You can add a few cubes of tofu to this as well and some shredded greens of your choice, and you have a zero effort nutritious hot lunch. 050 5
