With the wood we could run up the hill in the woods, loop round and come back down along one of the planned rides. Currently it feels a bit like running along a minefield! 010

Once they lose credibility they are toast. Better for them to adapt trusted internal material for their classes and to create a few very good bits themselves. 010

With what’s planned I would have been energy deficient (RED-S) given I was exercising at least once each day. 010
