This is a new one. Loaded into a trial and was unable to do anything (survivor just kept walking one direction, no other inputs worked other than opening menu). Killer immediately tunneled me out and now I cannot even leave the trial and am told I will get DC penalty if I do. @deadbydaylight.com

And you might be thinking "run another perk to make it not suck" and you'd be wrong because the changes to Stake Out ruin that prospect. Not to mention if you need to run two perks to heal fast there are infinitely better combos.

After hiding for 15s within 24m of the Killer, while in their Terror Radius, you earn 1 Token, up to 2/3/4.
While you have at least 1 Token, basic Skill Checks are replaced by special Skill Checks.
Special Skill Checks grant +4% more progress.
Whenever you miss a special Skill Check, lose -4% more progress.
Whenever you hit or miss a special Skill Check, spend 1 Token.

I get DBD is a 10 year old live service game with 1000s of moving parts and that's hard to balance... but Road Life is still genuinely the worst survivor perk in the game after this "buff" and that's crazy b/c it could be reworked to literally anything else and be better.

Road Life (Rework)
While injured and repairing a Generator: (was injured and not broken)
Whenever you hit a basic great Skill Check, you earn 1 Token.
Whenever you miss a basic Skill Check, you lose 1 Token.
When you have 6/5/4 Tokens, you can heal yourself. Spend all Tokens to heal yourself 100% faster. (now grants the ability to self-heal)
When you stop healing, this ends after 4s. (NEW)

Dev Note: We want Road Life to be more usable on it's own so we've given it the ability to self-heal and removed the broken restriction. We also added a quality of life linger so when a heal is interrupted accidentally it's effect isn't instantly cancelled.

Vigil was in such a good place for years and then BHVR massively over buffed it for no valid reason in 8.5 because "usage rates" or something. Now they massively over nerfed it. Should have left it alone back circa the 5.X era of the game (but w/ the stacking removal from last year)

Adam always seems to catch the raw end of the cosmetic deal which is a shame since he's the only black male BHVR has (Tapp is licensed from Saw). Here's some of his many bottom of the barrel looks I've only seen run by me. I'm not even including the baseball one. You get the idea.

Adam's official D&D cosmetic, only available via Auric Cells (DBD's purchasable currency) that turns Adam into... the Scholar. Which is not a D&D 5E or 5.5E class meanwhile the other survivors and killers that receive D&D inspired outfits were named after specific classes and monsters from the latest edition and those designs matched roughly the vibes of each class or monster. Why they didn't give him a 5E Wizard look is beyond me. This cosmetic just a mess that no one wears rather than anything cool or directly inspired by the D&D license. Also using his hair to make horns (which certain D&D species have such as Tieflings) rather than, you know, just giving him horns is one of the many bizarre choices they make with Adam's hair.

Adam's "Fire Moon Festival" a faux pan-Asia (sort of? Haddie was seemingly kicked out for no reason) celebratory look with bizarre kimono pants and mismatched blue hues and extremely dated glasses strikes a closer resemblance to D&D's Wizard than Adam's own licensed D&D cosmetic, but this is still a bizarre cosmetic that, again, no one wears in the game. The kimono pants are just too rigid in game as well. It exceeds the gasp of the current rigging and physics enging. I don't hold this against the designers. Someone OK'd this though knowing full well the rigging would be what it is.

Adam's lamentable "Christmas in July" collection of which he only shares with Vittorio and which has never been updated since its release 3 years ago in 2023. The lime green shirt with mismatches sleeves is genuinely Adam's worst top, but the hat and pants combo, none of which match in tone or style (why blue suspenders... actually why suspenders at all they wouldn't compliment the look). A shame because the short wavy locs (or braids? Hard to tell) would have looked so much better without the hat and the pants more servicable and useable with the suspenders poorly rigged there. Either way this is a Very Rare / Purple rarity cosmetic mean it costs 1080 Auric cells (at least $10) and in no way shape or form reflects other cosmetics in that rarity or price point.

Also DBD gives very pristine outfits to the more popular characters, but lesser played characters always seem to have to adhere to the "realism" of DBD's design goal of "tattered as shit" because horror or something. It's just more frequently noticeable that Adam has to adhere to this rule.

Arguably Adam's worst recolor before the latest "Sunflesh" collection. This outfit was also pawned off as his entry into the pseudo formalwear "Gold & Silk" collection. Notice how none of the cosmetics or colors match (despite this being a pre-existing set) because the textures are changed and the harsh pee-yellow color sticks out like a sore thumb.

Also once again Adam's only other bearded look is given a bad bleached blonde dye job, so you're mostly getting the same cosmetic twice (granted the beard is style different, and the other bearded look has earrings). The designers put very little care or thought into Adam's hair. Something they routinely fumble with.

Lastly like most of Adam's cosmetic and recolors they lack both connectivity in their own assigned set and don't match anything else. I own every single Adam cosmetics outside of the FNAF shirt, AoT set and the Twitch shirt and those pants go with NOTHING. Hundreds of cosmetics overall and they match none of them. This being his currently only entry in Gold & Silk on top of the really bad color work has me struggling to figure out what the intent was.

DBD means nothing, but last week a Ghoul running Friends til the End cried that I was using crutch perks (I assume they meant Dramaturgy? lol) but come time for Chaos Shuffle, without any ability to pick my perks and taking the Fog Vial (supposedly the worst item) evry time, I'm doing fine 🤷‍♂️

Add a Godzilla chapter where the killer is one of the humanoid Godzilla creatures erupting from the tail at the end of Shin Godzilla or add fighter pilot Koichi Shikishima from Godzilla Minus One as a survivor.

The new Ravenloft book is frustrating. It's reprinting poorly written material rather than doing anything transformative with it. How do you take the worst rogue subclass of vanilla 5E, not do anything with it beyond adding a couple of fluff spells and ask your core audience to purchase it again?

Absolutely wild that after 9 years Marvel Heroes is back. The first thing I did after clearing the prologue was unlock Nightcrawler. Fun fact the dev in charge of Nightcrawler's Omega rework took many of my suggestions for the kit word for word. I had major influence on the kit/power rotation etc

I can't say I trust dvveet or any DBD leaks. Most of it is fake, but these are supposedly scrapped cosmetics for Haddie. Regardless real or fake these could give her a radically different style and potentially make her much more popular. She almost never gets anything as good as these.
