NeuroFidelity @neurofidelity.bsky.social · 15/05/2026I can imagine there will be plenty of scenarios (bitter researchers about to leave academia, for one), when that will likely happen. 010
NeuroFidelity @neurofidelity.bsky.social · 15/05/2026I doubt it will be applied as it is implied. It is just too easy to damage a whole set of "competitors" by writing a fake paper with 1,000 authors and banning them for a year. 100

I loved researching and writing this book, which is all about shedding the shame, and getting really curious about urges to pick, pull and bite. I can't wait to share it with you! It's out on April 2nd, and is available to pre-order now. #bfrb #bfrbs #bodyfocusedrepetitivebehaviors 0166

NeuroFidelity @neurofidelity.bsky.social · 26/11/2024It didn't fail. It is a very robust tool. We tested it with more than 67,000 T1ws. The Dice coefficient with our brain mask is below 0.9 for just 212 cases. That is a small number and it does not mean the result is bad. Just different from our brain mask. We just wanted to test more tools. 110

In cartography, different flat projections of the globe are used for different functional purposes (e.g., navigation, measurement, radar) each projection transforms space in different ways to achieve that purpose. 191
NeuroFidelity @neurofidelity.bsky.social · 19/11/2024Looking for automated brain extraction tools that are: - Quick and easy to install. - Without "ugly" dependencies (big toolboxes, containers, matlab, etc). - Easy to use. - Quick to run (1/2 minutes). - Not ROBEX, SynthStrip or FSL's BET (we already tested those). Bluesky, do your magic! Thanks! 343

People use social media for all kinds of reasons, and "interacting with hostile dickheads" isn’t one of mine. Honestly, in today’s political climate, I don’t see much value in unmoderated debate anyway. 2331
