The body is not a metaphor for the state of the soul! If you feel like their behaviour makes it OK to mock their bodies, then you're telling everyone around you your acceptance is conditional. If you think phrenology is bad, so is making fun of bodies!

Nighthawks has sold TEN THOUSAND copies in less than one week! For a tiny studio like ours, this is a huge milestone. To all the supporters, backers, wishlisters, and everyone who believed in this game and us, thank you so much.

AI has really ruined Etsy, huh? I hadn’t window shopped there in a while and, holy cow. Half the recommended listings for for me were AI generated “products.” Isn’t this false advertising? Shouldn’t this be reigned in??? Anyway.

but if looking at what games were "a big thing" for me as an adult who got back into gaming at like 19 - early 20s - these would be it:

I am so tired.. also I was picking at my skin because I was nervous (and breaking out ugh) and one spot on my face got infected... RIP mom's surgery was apparently quite difficult.. they found a second aneurysm but hopefully I'll be able to visit tomorrow

Really happy that folks are enjoying Nighthawks. Now that it’s out, I have been focused on getting back to Gilt and trying to make something really special out of it.

A pilgrim reaches out to touch a wall of energy among a crowd of hollow-eyed idols.

A pilgrim stands among decaying steel ribs, examining the road before him.

A pilgrim stands facing a giant, glowing mantis in a cave.

My 9 games that made me a gamer. (I barely played 2004-2009ish, then I discovered Bioware with Mass Effect and Dragon Age Origins)

This should be illegal. It shouldn't be up to estates. Digital resurrection should be something people have to opt into when they're alive. It should require informed consent from the individuals themselves. If they died before that was an option, then digital resurrection is off the table. Forever.

got to play this early (testing) - didn't put as much time into it as I would have liked (work/family/other IRL stuff kinda kicked my butt these past few months), but what I DID play was intriguing and very well put together

me: mentally preparing for my mom's (unfortunately not non-invasive) aneurism surgery & visiting her in hospital coworker: comes to work sick, coughing and sniffling all over the place, no mask - in our tiny windowless office If he gets me sick just before my mom's surgery I'm gonna strangle him

I think I'm too dead to do a stream tonight - so the plan is to marathon stuff Mon-Thu and then we'll see how my mom's surgery goes ;_;

010

NetiYeti @netiyeti.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

Heads up - I'm streaming again this weekend on Saturday, then probably "marathoning" Sam & Max Save the World Mon-Thu I will most likely not be streaming next weekend or the week after - my mother's having surgery on her brain a week from now

The only way to describe the experience of having a vampire game mistakenly restricted a week before launch as pornography when it is merely saucy in places and then eventually after social media pleas and a media outcry having it release is… ”draining”

issue is my shoulder popped in a bad way on Friday... and I think my muscles cramped up - but so badly I've been taking painkillers just so I can sleep x.x I can barely turn my head or raise my arm properly
