Made a lot of progress this year. Dropping 10 inches from my waist, progressed with my education, built a small but loyal YouTube following. Yesterday I hit 2 stumbling blocks that knocked me back. Progress is rarely linear. Setbacks are OK. What matters is that we keep moving forward. #motivation

An interesting note is to the best of my knowledge there have only been three proper but limited studies on trans female athletes and it noted that in some ways they had advantages, in others they where at a disadvantage. In a recent study there is no inherent athletic advantage across the board.
