I think the thing I appreciate so much about Project Moon's works is, for how dark and fucked up the world they created is, they constantly push back against the concept of Nihilism and giving into despair

Limbus Company is a funny game because you can just Win Rate your way through 90% of the game but every now and then they'll throw a boss at you and say "Okay actually play the game now motherfucker"

Fabio from fire emblem saying I can hardly follow the conversation ... Now do I wish to. I'm afraid. It unsettles me.

I'm sad that Limbus Company is hard to recommend. It's a genuinely incredible piece of work with some amazing scenes and is constantly bursting with creativity, but it being a gacha makes it a challenge to get some folks interested in it

I don't know if it's because of the people I follow, but 9 times out of 10 I usually hear about discourse than actual see it

When I heard that Fortune's Weave originally had 8 routes, I thought that was ridiculous, but the more I play it the more I'm like, oh no I actually want all 8 routes now. Just fuck me up with a 200+ hour game fam

it is genuinely so fucking funny that every other playable character is varying shades of murderously insane and capricious while cai spends the entire game like this

Neph @nephblackburn.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

Doing Cai's route right after finishing up Dietrich's is hilarious because they absolutely expected you to go with Cai first because he gets so many tutorial missions compared to everybody else

The biggest surprise for me this season was Young Ladies Don't Play Fighting Games. I knew I was going to enjoy the show, but I wasn't ready for how much. It really touches on what makes fighting games so special with the human connections they provide while also being hella yuri
