The plan was to have an electronic winch to convert the tail from floor dragger to lift off the ground. The electrics failed, then my backup hand crank version failed. It was way too big for a partial suit 020

There is a small plastic part which broke and stopped it releasing. I tried remaking out of metal but no luck. 010
