Does Sleep Apnea cause cancer and if so what kind/s? One of the ways we can check this is to look at the adverse event tables in the big CPAP randomised trials and see if anything changes. Frustrating answer = still not clear onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/...

Definately my weirdest scientific idea yet: Can humans sleep one half of their brains at a time when they sleep in water, like dolphins do? Certainly no proof of that yet - but we have a method to maybe catch it. And, Yes, a human can fall asleep floating in a fluid. lnkd.in/gUHSRjug

Venn (1866) described the problem with the "sharpshooter fallacy": 🎯 painting the bullseye on the spot where a bullet hits a door. In psychology, we call this "HARKing" — Hypothesizing After Results Are Known.

New treatments to put insomnia to bed
Drugs that eliminate wakefulness, molecules in cannabis and wearable devices that modulate brain activity could help those with the condition.

Individuals in industrialised societies seem to sleep for longer than people in non-industrialised ones, but their circadian rhythms are more out of sync
