Having known the Hung family growing up, it means a great deal to see Mr. Kim Hung’s commitment to creating a sense of belonging for everyone and his belief in lifelong learning live on in this wonderful space - a place where students can explore, connect with nature, and learn together.

Danielle Smith and the UCP didn’t bother consulting Albertans before rolling out the red carpet for foreign billionaires to build massive AI data centres. Now, Albertans are raising serious concerns. And the UCP still doesn’t have a plan to address them. 🤯 /1

As a teenager, I had the opportunity to meet Millard Fuller, the founder of Habitat for Humanity. His vision - that everyone deserves a decent and affordable place to call home - continues to be felt today in communities around the world, including right here in Edmonton-South West. /2

Let’s start with first principles: Albertans’ interests must always come first. And we won’t let any mega corporation take advantage of our land, water, and resources. There needs to be a thoughtful conversation about the government’s approach to AI data centres. (1/2)

✅ Raise the minimum wage to $18/hour, with predictable increases for businesses and future adjustments tied to inflation. ✅ End the youth minimum wage so young workers earn equal pay for equal work. ✅ Protect tips by stopping unfair tip theft and ensuring tips go to the workers who earned them. /2

While 74% of business leaders say they see no tangible benefit, the UCP government is putting the entire economy at risk just to keep separatists in their party happy. All Albertans deserve a government that will create jobs and grow the economy, while keeping stability for investors. #abpoli /2

This is a wake-up call. 48% of Calgary Chamber businesses say they may leave Alberta if separation moves forward - and 63% already feel the negative effects. The cost? Up to 175,000 jobs and a $62B economic hit. /1
