They're performing their song "3am," which everyone my age knows the lyrics to, even if they didn't have questionable taste in the late 90s. In the background of the shot a guy plays the drums. In the foreground a middle-aged white man sings into a microphone. At the bottom of the screen the closed captions read "[music] Baby, it's killing my masculinity." The correct lyrics are (pretty clearly), "Baby, it's 3am and I must be lonely."

I saw a pair of these at the Musée Carnavalet just a few months ago. I definitely recommend checking out that museum if you're in Paris and interested in history.

The main French text says:
Bijoux à la guillotine
Cette paire de boucles d'oreilles montre d'un côté la tête de Louis 16 fermant les yeux, de l'autre celle de Marie-Antoinette. Elles sont suspendues sous la lame d'une guillotine, elle-même accrochée à un bonnet phrygien. Ces boucles ont été produites au 19e siècle, cent ans après la Révolution, d'après des caricatures de l'époque.

The English text says:
Guillotine-inspired jewellery

This pair of earrings shows on one side, the head of Louis 16 with his eyes closed, and on the other that of Marie-Antoinette. They are suspended under the blade of a guillotine, itself attached to a Phrygian cap. These earrings were made in the 19th century, 100 years after the Revolution, based on caricatures from that time
