for years the commonly used translations for her 6 and 9 themes:
おてんば恋娘,
おてんば恋娘の冒険 ( "の冒険" meaning "[thing]'s adventure" ),
were:
Beloved Tomboyish Daughter,
Adventure of the Lovestruck Tomboy,
the first was clearly wrong and these days the common translation is "Tomboyish Girl in Love" which gets the point across but "Lovestruck Tomboy" is literally a perfect translation that rolls off the tongue very well and i have no idea why people didn't just use that for both titles
("おてんば恋娘" can be split into "おてんば" meaning "tomboy", "恋" meaning (romantic) love and "娘" meaning "girl/daughter")
(a direct translation would be "tomboy lovegirl", which in actual english can just be made into "lovestruck tomboy" and that works perfectly)
