I can predict that a law for reselling licenses should be created in all countries. Have you bought some digital movie/digital game/game skin with real money? You should be able to resell it, and also get a refund if it is deleted. Companies try hard to erode your digital rights. #law #rights

When I use CVBasic (props to @nanochess.bsky.social; this compiler kicks butt), everything I could reasonably want to use is baked into the package. When I use C, which is never, because it's infuriating, I have to do this whole include song and dance. No, just give me the tools I need!

I found two versions of my C compiler for transputer from 1998, when I did a MS-DOS port using DJGPP. The Odyssey is reasonable. Nolan refuses to add gods, and makes it a man against nature and magic (Zeus appears as a thunder sound). Matt Damon does an excellent work and most of the cast, except a few that are pasted into the movie. The biggest let down is the screaming soundtrack. #MovieReview

Both of my USB ports in my Macbook Air M1 failed. I was at 10% battery, and guess what? I didn't have a backup. So I replaced the USB board to no avail (chips burnt). I went to buy a second-hand Macbook Air M1, used it to charge the battery of the failed one, then airdropped my files...
