Well. Just discovered that my Xbox 360 hard drive has developed the Click of Death mechanical hard drives get and I've lost all my old save files and games. I'm going to have to buy an SSD to replace it and see if I can hack the drive to "recover" the games I bought less than legally.

Of course we don't know the actual contract that MFM had between the con and the company that ran the hotel (Looking them up as a company is another rabbit hole) and they might not have had that clause in it or the extent of the provisions of it.

Right. Hearing kage tell the story, when it happened with the Adam’s Mark their partner company offered a hotel multiple states away and when that wasn’t acceptable/feasible it basically voided the contract in full.
