Hmmm. This has the potential to be really obnoxious. @sweetbee.vip I block by hashtags, because I don't necessarily want to block people, just some of what they post. (E.g., any diaper or little content.) If the hash tags are hidden, it's impossible to block content without blocking the poster.

I think I found a new gym that I’m going to tour tomorrow. It’s an old-school, bodybuilding/strength style gym where grunting is encouraged. They have specialized stations, no clocks or TVs, and no natural light. They also prohibit sitting on benches just to text on your phone.

This doesn't go nearly far enough. It bans the federal gov't from using ALPRs, it eliminates fed. funding and grants to state and local LEAs that use ALPRs, and it gives individuals a private right of action to sue. It does not make the entire private surveillance model felonious, which is needed.

Currently converting a brief VR180 video clip to red/cyan anaglyph. My best guess is that at 30fps, I've got about 4500 frames to convert, and if conversion runs at about 11 frames per second, then I'm looking at around 6 minutes. ...But it's a way of making VR into 3D that anyone can view.

One fun idea I have for VR video is doing rural exploration. There are *tons* of abandoned homes in northern Maine. Exploring then at night with a flashlight and a POV VR camera would be wonderfully creepy.

I purchased a DJI Osmo 360 camera, and a VR180 mod kit from Siyang Qi. WI also has software to stitch the images together for output to a VR headset. I've tested it briefly, First, image quality is pretty good. It's not razor sharp; I can't easily read text. But it's remarkably good for the size.

Second site visit from Versant today. We need to upgrade the power transmission lines to handle the solar array we are trying to install. I think we have a plan that should reduce costs from ~$40k to ~$10k. I will need to do a lot of tree removal and trimming tho.

The New Brunswick Provincial Archives have found the Anglican baptismal record of my great grandmother, which proves she was born Canadian. If I understand the laws, that should mean that I can be a Canadian citizen by birthright. I will need to gather more documentation, but it's a very good start.
