Yes. The leak was a pipe upstairs, not the roof. We fixed it last Dec.

Depends on your sensibilities. Downstairs flooring needs to be replaced, dining ceiling has a hole from a leak. He did some stupid window stuff that I'd reverse & started a project upstairs so that wall needs drywall. Upper bath needs an overhaul. It's been neglected and abused hence the low price.
