I’ve cared for so meny dementia patients and people with brain tumors and whatnot on a neuro unit, and in psychiatric hospitals. If Trump was a patient for discharge he would not be discharged home alone to cook his own soup. That’s a fact.

I’m obnoxiously optimistic. It’s a choice, I work at it because it’s better than pessimism/nihilism. This year, however, is doing me in. If you’re poor or broke in the US, NOTHING works for you now. Nothing. I’m lucky, I own a home (mortgaged). But it’s so bad. If you’re doing okay you have no idea.
