Thank you! Yeah, I've had the impression that I noticed more Ravens as well. They're very cool birds!

Thank you! 😊 Yeah, I do love the little birds a lot. So fast and busy, usually. Happy Monday to you, too!

Today's #BirdOfTheDay theme is #BokehBirds. To my surprise, I have surprisingly few of those in my library. Here's a Tree Sparrow I saw in April just outside the observation tower I was in. #ECK #photography #nature #animals #birds

On one of the beaches we stayed at, I could watch dozens of surfers doing their thing in the evening. I don't usually photograph people, but making an exception for silhouettes against the orange glow of the sunset. #EastCoastKin #photography #HumansOfBluesky #people

A hare I saw one morning on our campsite near the Jabelscher See 🇩🇪. Perfectly lit by the rising sun. It clearly thought running away from me is less important than nibbling the grass. I love those spoon ears. ❤️ #EastCoastKin #photography #animals #WildlifeWednesday #wildlife

Helen wants to see #BirdsUpClose today for #BirdOfTheDay. This House Sparrow is probably one of the closest shots I have. Taken at a restaurant table after a session looking for eagles. He was only a few metres away and I still had my tele plus TC mounted. #ECK #photography #birds #animals

For #BirdOfTheDay #BestOfTheMonth, I finally got some photos of the Pin-tailed Whydah doing his courtship "dance" in the air! These guys kind of bop around mid-air, letting their long tail feathers shake and float around in an effort to impress a lady. I was thrilled!
