My new cat, Stormie 2, ignored me for most of the day for 2 to 3 months. Now she lets me pet her between the hours of 7 PM and 9 PM. Just tonight she let me pet her past 9 PM but that’s it. She has her limits.

#caturday in the continuing saga of my cat adoption pre-spring break. Cat # 2 actually stretched against me today & then did the scratch my belly mode. I’ve already fallen for that once. I’m not sure I’ll survive. The wall she’s on has a vase which is ever closer to the edge I think she likes me.

I think we should all take a collective oath to not AI smile a dog. It’s creepy and it doesn’t really work on the dogs face. They’re happy faces and regular dog smiles are enough. See my dog niece below - she has no AI smile here and she does look happy. (Because she’s a good girl)

My newly adopted, Stormy 2, won’t leave me alone. I accidentally left her out on the balcony and she’s either grateful that I let her back in or she’s feeling extremely insecure. #cats

Au contraire mon ami. Cats who live in colonies will often lay around the sick county members to help Keep them warm. Google says that purring is promotes healing when a cat has an injury. When I had some nose surgery, my cat stayed with me for the most of a day or two days. She was on duty.

I read an article about 2 young billionaires who are trying to create AI agents to replace jobs like engineer & MD. 1 thought that a 4 yr college degree was overrated. 2 yrs was good, but you didn’t need 4 b/c you could learn whatever you wanted from looking info up on the Internet. Just saying.

After three weeks, River The new cat has decided to lay on my legs as I lay in bed reading. He usually only sits on my lap for 60 seconds at a time. It’s been about a half an hour. Now I can’t move because i’m afraid I’ll hurt his feelings.

I don’t know - if you examine the facial expression on the T-Rex, you’ll see that she’s doubting her life and depressed about the state of things.

I had an orange cat too - Jimmy Tiger. I purposely got him for my female cat. It was an arranged marriage. When I walked in on them 2 days later, it was like I was walking in on a couple of newlyweds. This image is when he got mad at me for not feeding him right away when I got home at midnight.

It sounds like it’s toxic to me even if it’s not radioactive per se in the traditional sense pair. It seems like what we can do now is much more toxic than anything in traditional warfare.
