I literally got so annoyed with people imprinting binary gender bullshit on giant monsters, who are by definition strange/unique creatures that often reproduce asexually, that I wrote a game with non-binary & trans kaiju just to call that out Not everything is a "are you a girl or a boy" question

Most of the time I use a white eye primer from Ulta ($10), and a 4-shade color palette from Colourpop ($8). Apply/use with my one Eco-brush brush ($3). Then follow up with L’oreal Telescopic Lift Mascara ($12). Sometimes Nyx Epic Wear liquid eyeliner ($7) for fun. $40 for over a year of stuff.
