"Just talk to an accountant" is shitty advice unless you're someone accountants will talk to (read: they think you're rich). I contacted at least 6, including some by referral and 2 in person, NONE replied to let me hire them. Another (LGBTQ) one barely gave me the time of day DURING our only call.

Registering my LLC as an S-corp for tax purposes. Feels like I'm going through another enby gender transition, but for companies. My sex is LLC but my gender is S-corp. On the inside I'm LLC but on the outside I wanna be treated like an S-corp. And, just like gender transition, there's paperwork.
