I worked on making a logo for partner and mine's art studio. It took a lot of work, please be nice. Also, I am not a designer and I'm not really looking for critique atm. x_x

The fact that Lichtenstein couldn't be bothered to learn how to cartoon properly while never paying a cartoonist a cent for ripping off their work really makes me mad. Anyone could paint or draw circles around this asshole.

Oh! I was waiting for you to have another Q&A since I started watching silent films and wanted to ask if you had any recommendations or inspirations for your book?

It's October!!! Here's my zombie girl, Dawn, being her lil weirdo self. :)

Digital drawing of a zombie girl with bits of her brain exposed and a missing eye: she is smiling though so she is taking it in stride.

Just as a reminder, that's Linda McMahon standing next to him. If you're watching and engaging with WWE, you're contributing to the fascist attacks on the people on this country and the world by this administration.

I wasn't feeling confident about this but my bf said it was super appealing so here's a WIP of our mascot bear!

Boy we lost something really special when we started pushing hard for 3D. Some of the character models were rough.

I've been contemplating if my art would be more successful if I stopped fan art for the most part, but the idea of not depending on fan art worries me. Should I take the plunge and offer more original ideas? Is my art strong enough?

For fun, my style for cartoony humans is inspired by Hanna Barbera and older anime and I hope you can see that vision in the work I do. If the humans look too anime, I think it would look jarring with the cartoon animals I draw.

It is so fucking disrespectful that I keep seeing AI imagery of Yayoi Kasuma, looking unlike herself, younger and prettier, being presented with their AI slop video. Yayoi Kasuma, and every other woman, is not yours to fucking consume on some sexual level. Fuck you! Use real photos of her.

Ruby Bridges was 6-years-old when she stepped into the history books. Bravely accompanied by her mother, she was the first Black child to desegregate an all-white school in the South. It was not long ago… Today is her birthday. She is still with us. She is 72. Happy birthday, Ruby Bridges 💜

This is the sort of story that Bluesky mostly seems to ignore but I guarantee has large political ramifications in real life. Rural America is getting hosed by this administration from all sorts of angles and that won't go unnoticed. MAGA's understanding of "rural" is an exurban poser.

Big tech paused CA’s GenAi transparency bill AB412 behind closed doors. However, over 3.8 million creative workers have come together to demand transparency! This coalition isn’t going anywhere! Its sponsors, CAA, SAG AFTRA, NAVA Voices & The Author’s Guild have next steps! Here’s what to do👇

AB-412 UPDATE
The Al Copyright Transparency Act
WE'RE NOT GOING AWAY
Artists & Creators Must Have Transparency!
The irony of a transparency bill dying in the dark is not lost on those of us in the creative community.
Big Tech is terrified of transparency. Big Tech, who has fought us every step of the way on the Al Copyright Transparency Act, has now succeeded in getting the legislature to kill AB-412 behind the closed doors of an appropriations committee.
It should be noted that AB-412 was a bill that had no fiscal appropriation whatsoever.
This will be devastating to the creative industries, their IP, and the hundreds of thousands of creative workers who bring billions of dollars to California's economy. Creative workers are struggling, and this very simple transparency bill could have helped countless people. The issue is not going away, and delaying workable solutions for such an increasing problem will only make the situation worse for everybody.
Our coalition representing more than 3.8 million individuals, brought creative workers from every corner of the creative economy together with a unified voice. Our bill passed out of the California Assembly, four committees in the State legislature, and several hundred individuals showed up at every single public hearing to say just how much a bill like AB-412 could help them. This issue is not going away. We are not going away. We are now moving to put our energy towards the next best steps.
Please take a moment to contact Assembly Member Rebecca Bauer-Kahan (916) 319-2016 and Assembly Member Ash Kalra (916) 319-2025 to thank them for their leadership in authoring and Co-Authoring this bill respectively.
Please express to them our request that they bring this bill back next session. Please tell everyone you know to contact them as well.
AB-412 simply affects too many people to simply be swept away into a corner and decided in the dark.
Sincerely, SAG•AFTRA CONCEPT ART ASSOCIATION
NAVA VOICE ACTORS AG Authors

TRANSPARENCY SHOULDN'T BE DECIDED IN THE DARK.
Big Tech wants AB 412 stopped behind closed doors. A bill affecting hundreds of thousands of California creatives deserves a public hearing.
Call Assembly Members Rebecca Bauer-Kahan at
(916)319-2016 and Ash Kalra at (916)319-2025
thanking them for their leadership in authoring this bill and requesting they bring AB 412 back next session.

Dolly Parton did what literally no techbro billionaire would even think of doing: filling her life with good deeds that make people mourn her when she dies. Not one of these assholes would even think of this, they are all right now completely and honestly baffled by the outpouring of love for her.
