looked at my art from right before i bumped up from 12.5mg olanzapine to 15mg and feeling nervous... i remember now i was clearly hallucinating much more, and feeling more violent thoughts. and now im going down to just 10mg. i have an appointment in a month though so hopefully we can catch it early
