Cecot is a notorious maximum-security prison in El Salvador.

Human rights groups have investigated mistreatment, false imprisonment, and torture of prisoners.

The US government has begun paying El Salvador to take prisoners at CECOT.

Both the U.S. and El Salvador have denied trials to most of those sent to CECOT.

A facility which imprisons without trials is, by definition, a concentration camp.

The US is funding a concentration camp.
