Ain't nobody out here making fanart of specific episodes of "Batman: The Animated Series." What a flex.

My immediate first thought was "oh, how wholesome and adorable and relevant to my interests." But actually, I'm approaching old enough to find it relatable as well.

In the wake of the Metroid Ravenous reveal trailer, I hope to see more of this kind of silliness.

I never thought I'd see an HD rerelease of this ancient Internet artifact. This work of mad genius is formative media for us Old Heads. I'm so happy a whole new generation will be exposed to this silly, stupid, weird and wonderful thing.

Somehow, with all the monstergirl Falin art I've seen, I've never seen her get the lil' guy treatment. I love this silly thing so much.

A fantastic remix of an iconic design. I like when an artist can take an original design, include everything from it but add their own personal style and technique on top of it.

So everyone already knows that metal track that dropped in 𝘋𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘥𝘢𝘯 season 2 episode 18 last week is sick as Hell, but y'all might not know that they released both the sick-ass Japanese original and the just as sick English track on YouTube for your listening pleasure. #anime #DanDaDan

My roommate and I affectionately call this show "T&A and geology," and while that is accurate, at the end of episode three it struck me that, like 𝘖𝘳𝘣: 𝘖𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘔𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘌𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘩, it is also an exploration and defense of the reasons why people engage in scientific pursuit. #anime #RuriRocks

Screencap from Ruri Rocks. Nagi and her colleague Yoko are sitting on the ground in a forest with the sun setting under the mountains behind them. Nagi puts her hand on Yoko's shoulder and encourages her to take the lead in a geological study, saying "You want to be a part of the knowledge that comes next."

There's honestly a lot of great clothes in Bananza, but these are my favorites so far. I actually want that burger tie. And that elephant-themed raincoat with the classic old-school Donkey Kong arcade umbrella print is both cool and adorable. #DonkeyKongBananza

So, the summer anime season has begun. Dandadan's first season had a phenomenal OP that cannot be surpassed, but season 2's is pretty great. I knew I'd heard the vocalist before so I looked her up. Turns out it's AiNA THE END, who also did the fantastic ED to Gundam: Witch from Mercury season 2.

Mario Kart World asks you to do some pretty wild stuff. I look forward to seeing what the insane speed run cyborgs are gonna do with this game. Also, it's nice that uploading screenshots and video to your phone is way less terrible than it was on the Switch. #NintendoSwitch2 #MarioKartWorld

It's a good thing our hyper-budget-conscious administration is burning millions of taxpayer dollars so thousands of feds can get that coveted Los Angels Miccy D's and catch those ultra-rare Los Angelian Pokémon. And enforce a revocation of freedom of assembly.

I'm not surprised, but I think Nintendo might have been. Given the popularity of Cow, it's criminal that it doesn't have any alternative outfits. I need cowgirl Cow. I'd even take a different color pattern.

Very cool to see FFT coming back. But it was also exceptionally cool to see the director consider the historical context of the game, both then and now. I need to hear more of this kind of thing.

Yo, WHAT!? If you had told me before today that there was gonna be a new Marvel tag fighter and it was gonna be 4v4 and it was gonna be by fuckin' Arc System Works, I would have called you a liar. This looks so fucking cool. I dig how they put their own spin on these classic character designs.

I've been watching Wind Breakers season 2, and having a lot of feelings about it. Bleats are too short to express them all, but I found this article that voices many of them. As a dude who occasionally experiences an emotion, it's been a surprisingly refreshing show.

I'm a little bummed that he's digital rather practical, but I figured he would be. Honestly, he's pretty adorable, and it seems like they really understand his character. I just hope he's not so expensive we don't get to see much of him. And that his interactions with the cast feel believable.

I've been playing this game semi-regularly since it came out, and still there are things I can learn about it. This is one of the many reasons I'm following Supper Mario Broth.
