the apt complex i live in keeps sending out notices about reports of cannabis smells in/around the buildings, yet SOMEHOW they allow people to smoke cigarettes indoors? everyone i know smokes in the park away from the property, i bet its just one person complaining consistently lol

A sketch of crows for the birdtober day 5 prompt, intelligent. I love crows… I’ve been wanting to draw a roost of crows since we had one gather around our house… so amazing and almost scary. Super cool :) #Birdtoberclub #BirdArt #SciArt #birdtober #wildlifeArt #birds

even though i’m not going 100% vegetarian, i’m cutting out meat as much as possible. if anyone has any vegan or vegetarian meals that are absolutely delicious pls send them my way

however, the juncos were elusive and only ONE out of at least 20 let me take photos of them

if i had a lot of money id open up a store that sold birding equipment, bird seed (individual types, not the chaotic mixtures), and bird art/merch

sweet baby diva came out for their portrait

a photo of a recently fledged pigeon. you can see their baby feathers on their head, chest, and a small feather in front of their foot. they have their classic purple iridescent feathers popping through above their wings.

i have a love hate relationship with this cat. they’re super friendly but like to stalk all of the birds in the area :( AND they were scaring the crap out of the baby pigeon
