Unbelievably, I recently picked up ‘Disco’ along with ‘Very’ in a single charity shop haul. £1.50 each. Insane. I already owned ‘Very’ but I had long lost the “Lego” case because I had broken it. £1.50 to replace it was a steal.

This post just reminded me of a dream I had last night about going to see that movie. I went on opening night, fully sold out showing. The movie was all weird bits of the characters doing trailer style spoofs of TV shows. Everyone in the crowd got REALLY angry. 3/4 of them left before the end.

I remember grumbling on Threads about how much I was not enjoying Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire. Some guy replied with “Why do you think anyone who cares about your opinion?”. (Direct quote) I checked his profile and he was constantly posting that kind of reply to various strangers.

When replies like that happen I think it’s natural to assume that it’s coming from a rational person like yourself. But really there are people out there who don’t get places like this and are affronted by posts that don’t directly fit into their lives. My favourite being the “who cares?” guys.
