I've discovered which song this replaced in the old playlist and lolololololforever

Your Russia by Wovenhand, which was replaced by terrible Russian techno

That James Blake song has to be weighted more somehow. I haven't listened to it nearly as much as everything else

My most recent on repeat. Inexplicably at the top of the list is Death of Love by James Blake

Did you get out the rhyming dictionary, buddy?

From Sunspots by Nine Inch Nails:
Now I just stare into the sun
And I see everything I've done
I think I could have been someone
But I can't stop what has begun
When everything is said and done
And there is no place left to run
I think I used to be someone
Now I just stare into the sun

I've had the horse painting since childhood, but can't read the signature. The photo was a gift from my grandmother. She picked it up at a yard sale because she knows I like strange night people things. Blue abstract is by Susan Carlson. Not sure where that's going yet.

So uh. Yeah. Certainly still trending in a direction

My on repeat playlist that contains songs by mewithoutyou, serpentwithfeet, Lana Del Rey, Frank Ocean and other things that are probably indicative of an ongoing mental breakdown I won't do anything about

Checked to see if Regal had added any matinees for History of Sound, since they like to fuck with me, and goddamn if they didn't up their game

The now playing section of my local Regal, which has been reduced down to three movies: Him, Downton Abbey, and A Big Bold Beautiful Journey. What the fuck.

It takes ritual sacrifice to make it to one of the four available screenings for the movies I usually want to see, but this shit is going to be available eight times a day for fuck knows how long.

I CAN'T STOP WHEEZING I CAN'T STOP WHEEZING

A still from the video for Can't Stop Raving by Dune. It's a sad industrial warehouse room with a guy with bleach blond hair and an extremely 90s shirt and vest standing in front of a microphone with another dude on keyboards sitting on the floor and two women in 90s club dresses in the background.
