My schedule has me taking the first and last regional buses on Sundays. The system's shuttle service brings me and wait for the bus station to open and then get shuttled home because I get in after it's closed. blah I need a new car, I'm in sales though so I'm happy

I'd like to chat with someone who's done EMDR. My first session is this week. My last therapist quit me and recco'd EMDR as I was stressing her out from how mad I got. I'm worried I'll start screaming or scream-crying. Or refuse to recall it. Or the memory will be too young.
