The only other place I've been in Scandinavia was Lund, which is basically suburban Copenhagen, but Copenhagen was not just good grading on a curve it was good period (and we didn't eat anywhere astoundingly fancy).
Lund also had people gathered to race these, but I couldn't find any cinderblocks.
