Sautee onion and green pepper, add a can of chili beans, leftover cooked rice, and a drained can of diced tomatoes with chilis. Nuke the wrap with some shredded cheese, add filling, wrap then fry in some butter, turn, and add coarse salt to the top with melted butter. 000
