After having seen a number of paper sealed deck pools, I think the algorithm for color distribution between packs is the most lopsided it has been in a long time. I'm not sure how much of that is by design, but it is... weird? I'm ok being pushed into a color, I just wish I had more choices.

[edit] Some of us never stopped. No. That's not quite true. I did stop. But only long enough to call them Draft Boosters as opposed to the other kinds and to lament the loss of Draft Boosters when they stopped printing them. But yeah, at a baseline? They've always been boosters to me.

Note, this is only when it happens at an event. Also note, stores should look at this as a way to extend goodwill and a bit of positive marketing. 'Player Rob opened a God Pack at last night's FNM!' on Facebook/Insta/whatever is cool. Attach a photo. Be mindful of privacy concerns/laws.

AI has some uses. Force feeding it to us though? Integrated into every app and tool we use daily? No 'opt in' only 'opt out' (if you can)? The guardrails are gone. We need to reign in development and roll back implementation. Use your votes wisely.

It's pretty obvious, but algorithms have trained us to be accepting of AI. We need to demand better. Best way to start? Look at the people you can vote for this November. Your elected leaders. Don't put anyone in office that openly supports AI or the current agenda.

When looking at “choose a color lands” my favorite is to Rule 0 Paliano. Before revealing my 3-color commander, I do what the card says to do during a draft. Then we all find out how good or bad it turns out to be! Always starts games out with a smile for everyone!

No. The guidance from WotC is for competitive events, replace the pack after celebration. Their language gets softer for Regular REL, but stores should (I am emphatic about this) still replace the pack. The other options all suck.
