Captain Archer adjusted his tie as the airlock cycled. Crewman Celeste Bennett took out her bosun's whistle and blew on it. Everyone stood at attention. "Open the airlock," said Archer. The door opened and the distinguished guests came through.

By the time they got to the airlock, everyone was in their place. 20 members of the crew, mostly junior officers and a few enlisted, stood in place. The airlock was decorated with the flags of United Earth and Starfleet. "Look sharp!" shouted Chief Matthews. "This isn't recess!"

Entering the head, Klara Hess was wearing her dress uniform and service hat with immaculate precision. "They're docking. They'll be here in ten minutes. The Old Man wants us at the airlock." Her Neubayern accent was more tense than usual. María finished tying Josh's tie and they left.

On board, it was chaos. Everyone was scrambling to finish putting on their dress uniforms. In the head, María Socorro carefully put on her necktie. Josh Masaro still could not put it on. Once she finished, she turned to help. "I thought men know how to tie a tie." "Actually, no, no one does."

"I hate inspections," said Admiral White as they flew over the saucer section on their way to a docking port. "I'm just delighted to be aboard before launch," replied the Prime Minister. "Three days. Didn't think Archer could it," added Forrest.

Shuttlepod SC-1 was at capacity. Joining White were Vice Admiral Maxwell Forrest - the Chief of Exploration Operations, Rear Admiral Daniel Leonard - White's Chief of Staff, Soval - Vulcan Ambassador to Earth, and Hanna Rocard - Prime Minister of United Earth.

#MicroTreks: Fleet Admiral Gregory White, Commander-in-Chief of the United Earth Starfleet, watched as his crown jewel came closer and closer through the shuttlepod window. Even dwarfed by the orbital dockyard surrounding it, Enterprise was still a sight to see.

In his "review" of AI, Doug says they could just reprogram David when his love becomes a problems. Except...there's a major plot point at the beginning where once he's imprinted, he cannot be altered and can only be destroyed upon return.

In his "review" of Child's Play, he makes a joke about Mike's partner driving right by Charles Lee Ray, even though Mike had told his partner to go after the van being driven by Ray's accomplice. Yes, I know Phelous set up this joke, but I'm still blaming Doug.

One thing I really hate in film criticism is when people complain about details which are already explained, and I'm pretty sure this guy is responsible for that.

In the galley, Chef Carlos Griffin was working at a brisk pace. His kitchen staff were usually sufficient to prepare meals for 83 people, but sometimes they needed extra help. Hoshi Sato was on the grill, María Socorro was preparing salad, and Josh Masaro was cutting potatoes.
