Gardaí are seeking the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 16-year-old Jordan Holden who is reported missing from Carlow town, Co. Carlow since 16th March 2026. Jordan is described as being approximately 5 foot 10 inches in height, with red hair and blue eyes.

If you're a victim of repeated flooding, you need to start looking at land use upstream. One of these sponges up vast amounts of water, releasing it slowly, the other does not. One reduces flooding, the other *increases* it. Without addressing this core driver, it'll just keep on getting worse.

The R116 in #Glencullen is currently flooded as pluvial water has run off the Dublin mountains. We're also responding to water rescue incidents in Kilternan Hunters Wood, Firhouse Sandyford Nutgrove We're prioritising life risk emergency calls at the moment.
