Once again eating my way through the shipment of @ranchogordo.bsky.social beans. This time, a bean dip made with Santa Maria Pinquitos, topped with queso Chihuahua and chorizo, popped under the broiler for a few minutes. Will top with some chopped white onions. SO GOOD!

Eating my way through my shipment of @ranchogordo.bsky.social beans. Tonight it’s the Pardina lentils, along with basmati rice, charred okra and Jimmy Nardello peppers. These lentils are super meaty and very tasty. The great thing about lentils is that they don’t need to be soaked for hours.
