Bleh, this sucks. There’s a scene where Nic Cage is trying to suppress newly emerging spider instincts and he’s legitimately great at it. Plus I cannot keep my eyes off of Li Jun Li or Jack Huston anytime they’re on screen, Megawatt was so good and the show has Brendan Gleason!

I will take my sleep being disrupted every time even if it’s nothing over missing something important when it happens. A bunch of little girls died last year at Camp Mystic because people were neglectful and not properly prepared to deal with flooding. A little loss of sleep won’t hurt.

Several emergency alerts went off last night on people’s phones due to flash flooding warnings. And now lots of people are complaining about it. It can be that you’re slightly annoyed about the loss of sleep AND—the important part is “AND”!—be grateful that alert system exists.
