When I was *very* small my dad watched Soylent Green on TV. The only video I remember is flowers. But the audio “the scoops are coming!”and “Soylent Green is people” lives in my head today. Means I never would try that protein drink Soylent and am very wary of Tr*mp’s imported “mystery meat.”

Excellent compromise! Enjoy your time off. I hope it’s peaceful. Two jobs ago I almost up and quit a couple of times. Turns out that would have been a better move, as the company shut down abruptly and didn’t pay severance or my banked vacation days.
