More of the old magic. Not quite as old this time. Also I don't know why the box is so marked it's literally just been sat in a cupboard for 20 years.

the box opened up. it contains two packs of playing cards, still sealed. five dice, four stacks of poker chips (two white, one blue and one red), a score notepad. A drawer has been pulled out of the front and it contains a rules book and a pen. Everything is Rainbow Six Vegas 2 branded

A hardback book, square shaped with a printed faux leather bound cover. A foldable 2004 stand up calendar, and a bookmark

The first few pages of the book are info about Ubisoft and the game, then info about the team leads such as Jordan Mechner. The paper is sepia coloured with rough shaped edged to give the "feel" of old manuscript

The rest of the book is just blank pages. Again the paper is sepia coloured with a rough edge. On the right hand page of each pair of pages there's a faint sepia image of the royal palace from the game

ah I'm definitely in the "fuck I did over pay for this thing" phase with this Saturn. It's supposedly refurbed but it's got dirt inside the disc drive and the internal battery is clearly dead by refurb I think they meant "ran a wet wipe over the outside then sealed it in plastic" At least it works

Uh yeah I definitely spent too much at the market today (the bag is just the controller and cables for the Saturn) I've never played on a Sega Saturn before or even emulated one. What are the recommendations for it? I now have Daytona USA and Virtua Fighter 2

An unboxed PAL Sega Saturn, the two boxed games sat on top of it. On the left is a stack of four Amiga magazines although you can't see which ones as a stack of five ZX Spectrum cassettes are on top (Spy Vs Spy The Island Caper, Gauntlet, Best of Elite I and II, and Dan Dare II). At the back is a bag of cables for the saturn. They're on my black desk, which really needs a clean and a dust.

I just got around to playing the demo (and added to my wishlist). I did run into a bug though. After this bit of dialogue the game wouldn't continue, the only button that did anything was start and I ended up having to drop back to the menu. Checkpointed to right where I left off thankfully

I've made Robert Patrick laugh, that's my claim to fame now he was talking about how in the upcoming 4k release of Terminator 2 they've edited out the very brief glimpse of his "appendage"
