I don’t ask for much but I asked for one thing to be done that I really needed. I was told it was done. I was lied to. It’s costs me money in the sense that I’ve lost money now. A decent chunk of change. It’s not the money it’s the lie and now the empty apology. There was no need to lie ….. Sigh
