#Mathstoday hitting something I am not a fan of teaching... intro to angles in parallel lines. Today's attempt... identify all the obtuse and acute. Then give the two rules and see if they can work out which is which by exploring the words definitions (tier 2 vocab - I think)

#mathstoday my SEN year 7 group are on to algebra. So to practice collecting our like terms we are doing expanding brackets as repeated addition! Some moved on to generalising and using multiplication.

Based on MathsConf 37(?) Circle theorems with 3 for students to trace and focus. Thanks @draustinmaths.com for making the practice grids so I can adapt it to this. Hopefully will build my year 10s confidence well.

Had to give this kid props on his unit test. The layout is a DREAM!! Mocks upcoming and decided that I am going to create a bank of excellent exam technique to display to the class as part of feedback.
