in 2020, i was coming up with ideas as i went along, and when you're exhausted from programming it's hard to come up with ideas... now, my standards are ironically higher, but, i separate the stages of production and implementation and I can focus on specific parts one at a time

i've been working on my game again, right? i think i'm close to finding a pace that feels comfortable for me. game dev feels fun again, though there are still mental blocks in the way. focusing on the most vital parts (programming + writing) first made a big difference

I'm still struggling to adjust to it, especially with the C-PTSD, yeah, but my life right now is in a good place. My job doesn't pay enough so I can live alone, but I'm saving. I have friends who I can talk to, even if my brain forgets that. I'm working on a big personal project, too. It's nice.
