I can't believe my luck. A Tantalus came through the used case of my LGS and I got it for a quarter of the new price. It's in ROUGH shape, but I think I can give it the TLC it deserves. Time to get a gallon of Simple Green. #Tantalus #Drukhari #Warhammer40k #Warhammer #Miniatures

Spent the evening building Talos #2 and I think it is my favorite 40k kit I've built. The design is just so unique and detailed. It has so many alternate bits to make each model unique from anther in your army or use the bits for kitbashing. #40k #miniatures #Drukhari #WarhammerCommunity

I'm helping my BIL learn the modeling hobby. He saw this Nid in the LGS' used model case for $15 and liked it as a cool piece to paint. It came on a plain 3D printed disc and I said "no we can do much better". So I popped it off and started cutting cork. Love the result. #40k #miniaturepainting

The Talos is one of the models that got me into Drukhari. I've had it in pieces for months now and finally got it to a good state. Glazing on the flayed skin was super rewarding. #warhammer #warhammercommunity #Drukhari #miniatures #minipainting

I've been really tired of playing with grey plastic Drukhari so I got this Raider up to an acceptable standard in about 3 hours last night. Pretty pleased flaws and all. #warhammercommunity #warhammer40k #40k #miniatures #miniaturepainting #drukhari

I wouldn't be a Harlequins player if I didn't spend all evening freehanding diamonds.

It is wild how bad things on the bird site have gotten. Scrolling through and it's just Farm Accounts, every 3rd post is the same ad for a terrible mobile game, and Nazis replying to political/news accounts. While here on Bsky it's actual people talking about things and actually engaging.

About 1/3 of the way through Play Nice and it's a great read if you've been as deep in playing Blizzard games as I've been for decades. I went in thinking I know all the scandals, probably won't get a lot from this but the number of snippets from unexpected people has been surprising. #Blizzard

My first "from trash bits" model. I've been building a Drukhari army and saw others who kitbash a Succubus from bits so I thought I'd give it a try. It was a lot easier than I expected with some mild work to get the right weapons on the correct arms. #Warhammer #miniatures #Drukhari
