This is always the way. The Traitors is a game of two halves. The chaotic opening half where there are too many people and it’s wild. Then about halfway through numbers get whittled down and the serious gameplay can start. #celebritytraitors

Agree the lack of football discourse on here is annoying. I used to run a Brighton Simpsons fan account on Twitter that was (very, very) mildly successful - but that sort of thing just doesn’t appear to appeal to a BlueSky audience, sadly. As far as I can tell, also, it’s harder to run 2 accounts.

This is, perhaps, the worst piece of “journalism” I’ve ever read. It is so badly written, it’s almost incomprehensible. And the Sky Sports reporter guilty, Rob Dorsett, has genuinely used the word “angrifying”. Do they not have editors at Sky? Presumably not, given the absolute state of this.

That was it. That was THE England performance. The one we all knew they were capable of. The one that the captain, Harry Kane, had repeatedly told us was lurking just under the surface, but which he knew they hadn’t quite been able to sustain for a full 90 minutes.

When it came, for the 100 fans watching in the stadium and the millions at home, it was thrilling, inspiring and fulfilling.

But was also a grifting, for every England supporter.

They keep referring to it as a ‘Premier League commission’ when it is, in fact, an ‘independent commission’. This may seem pedantic, but in a case like this language is crucial and if a basic mistake like this keeps being made then it’s difficult to have faith in anything Man City present.

I think some people need to accept that some other people like just like Star Wars. It seems like it’s a cool thing to bitch on big, popular things. I like Star Wars. I liked Nolan’s Odyssey. I like all series of Game of Thrones. It’s fine to like things. 🤷‍♂️
