@rystorm.bsky.social for whatever reason, I’ve been under a Goose rock this year while deeply in Phish mode. Do you have an updated JOTY list? Thanks in advance!

Rarely on the socials these days, but had to come celebrate that one of my Mount Rushmore jams turns 25 today. The LP on LP release of this one was illuminating. @robmitchum.bsky.social with an ever-eloquent take as always. I agree that modern Phish has deep roots growing from this jam. Must-hear.

I'm doing a relisten of 7/8/94 and I definitely chuckled when I read the first sentence of @robmitchum.bsky.social's essay on the show lol

I’ll go deeply off the board here and choose the 15:57 mark (in the video) of the 10/29/21 Axilla II when Trey starts that lick. If it’s not my favorite single moment, it’s almost certainly at least my most revisited single moment. youtu.be/RTp7eKqhmZM?...

Such an infectious ear worm from Trey here. The band slowly builds from here to a completely lovely peak. There are objectively better jams out there, but this jam is one of the most “for me” jams ever for sure. 9/6/15 DWD

Tremendous 12/7/99 writeup today, another great read in a series that’s become an essential read for Phish fans (especially ones that weren’t on the bus 25 years ago!) The peak of this Halley’s is giving major Riverport Gin hose section vibes IMO.
